📝 Terms & Conditions – Advanta Agency Welcome to Advanta Agency! By choosing any of our service packages, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Service Scope Each service package includes only what is listed in the plan. Any extra services outside the package will require separate discussion and may attract additional fees. 2. Payments • A 50% deposit is required before work begins. • Full payment must be made before final delivery or publishing. • Payments can be made via Mobile Money, Bank Transfer, or other agreed methods. 3. Delivery Time Timelines will be agreed upon before starting. Delays caused by missing materials or feedback from the client may affect the final delivery date. 4. Revisions • Packages come with up to 2 free revisions. • Extra revisions may be charged separately. 5. Client Responsibilities Clients are expected to: • Provide clear instructions, logos, photos, and relevant content. • Respond quickly to feedback requests to keep the project moving. 6. Ownership Once full payment is received, all approved final content belongs to the client. Advanta Agency may use finished work in its portfolio unless requested otherwise. 7. Cancellations & Refunds • Deposits are non-refundable once work begins. • If the client cancels before any work starts, a partial refund may be considered. 8. Communication All project communication will be through email, WhatsApp, or phone during working hours: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EAT 9. Confidentiality We treat all your business information with full confidentiality and expect the same in return. 10. Liability Advanta Agency is not responsible for any indirect losses or damages due to project delays or outcomes beyond our control. 🔒 By signing up for our services, you accept these terms.
